wherever you may travel, PriorityOne Telephone Banking allows you to complete
a number of banking functions. You may:
Obtain Balance Information
PriorityOne Telephone Banking users will find it fast, safe and convenient
to obtain current balance information on checking, savings,
loan or certificate of deposit accounts.
Transfer Funds Between
Accounts
Imagine being able to transfer money from your checking
to your savings account, or vice-versa, anytime you wish.
PriorityOne Telephone Banking allows you to do just that, as well as being
able to make loan payments from either account.
Verify Cleared Items
and Deposits Credited
Need to know which checks or withdrawals have cleared your
account, or if a deposit has been credited to your account?
No problem. Simply follow the instructions of the automated
attendant, using the guide shown below. You'll have the
information you need in seconds.
Change Your Personal
Security Code
When you first access the system, you will use a personal
security code provided by your Account Representative.
Once you have gained access to the system, you will be
instructed to change your personal security code to any
four-digit number you wish, for future use.
