Applying for Online Banking:
- To access Personal Online Banking, you need Internet access and a secure web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (for example, Netscape Navigator 4.0 and above or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and above)
- Click on “online banking” and choose “First time users, click here to register”
- Answer a few simple questions, including information regarding your existing PriorityOne deposit, savings, or loan accounts
- You will receive an approval notification via email within two business days of your online banking enrollment
Applying for our Free Bill Pay Service:
Once you’ve been approved for online banking, you may apply for our free Bill Pay service through our online banking link. Upon approval, you will be able to access your new Bill Pay account within three business days. You will receive an email notifying you once it has been activated.
Applying for Free Electronic Statements:
In order to apply for Electronic Statements, you must have a PriorityOne Checking or Savings account and be enrolled as an Online Banking customer. Once have met these criteria, simply login to our online banking page, click the 'Online Statements' button at the top of the Account Access screen, then read and accept the Electronic Statement Consent and Authorization.
NOTE: You will no longer receive traditional paper-based, monthly statements, once you’re application for Electronic Statements is confirmed. If you wish to stop an online statement, contact our Online Banking Support Dept at (866) 639-9820 or stop by your local PriorityOne Bank Branch.
