We believe nothing is more important than providing you superior customer service. To that end, PriorityOne Bank contracts with a third party company, Creative Image Associates (CIA). CIA hires detail-oriented “mystery shoppers” that are sent to visit our locations and report on our level of customer service and product knowledge.

Of course, we never know who CIA has hired to “test” our locations (hence the name “mystery shopper”). It not only helps keep us on our toes...more importantly, the program gives us ongoing feedback about how we’re doing, and how we can provide even better customer service in the future.
