The One You Need. The One You Know.

From humble beginnings in Seminary, Mississippi circa 1905, PriorityOne Bank has seen steady growth throughout its over 100-year history. Another constant has been our stalwart devotion to meeting the banking needs of the people of South Central Mississippi. Today, we serve customers from 11 full-service banking locations in the following counties: Simpson, Covington, Scott, Rankin and Lamar.

In recent years, PriorityOne Bank has experienced considerable growth, while still retaining the friendly, approachable persona and hands-on banking style that have long defined our bank. With an expanding customer base at branches dotting the Highway 49 and I-20 corridor from Hattiesburg to Brandon to Morton, our ability to retain this delicate balance of high-tech and high-touch banking is a direct result of the autonomy we give each of our branch locations.

We believe a customer’s perception of their bank is largely formed on the local level. Therefore, rather than making our branches mere satellites fettered by slow moving bureaucracy, our branch managers are empowered to make decisions quickly and locally. This independence has a profound impact on the customer experience. It enables us to give customers the feel of a locally owned and operated bank along with the strength and diverse product and service offerings of a much larger financial institution.

Case in point, PriorityOne is on the leading edge of modern banking technology with state-of-the-art Online Banking and Internet Bill Pay services. We also offer ten PriorityOne ATMs strategically located across our service area and are a member of both the Plus® and Cirrus® networks, providing our customers worldwide access to their funds.

These convenient, electronic access points provide PriorityOne customers with around-the-clock control of a growing roster of deposit accounts and lending options. Our deposit accounts include checking, savings, and certificates of deposit, while personal loans, commercial loans, mortgage loans, home equity loans, credit cards and lines of credit comprise our extensive lending capabilities.

However, with all of these technological advancements, our employees remain our bank’s most valuable asset and our connection to each community we serve. We are extremely proud of these skilled and dedicated professionals, many of whom have served our customers for decades.

What’s more, our local connections don’t stop at the service level. PriorityOne Capital Corporation owns PriorityOne Bank. With approximately 65 mostly-local stockholders, this holding company is deeply rooted in Central Mississippi. In addition, our Board of Directors has ten members, all of whom live within our immediate market area and understand and appreciate the needs of our customers.

Offering big bank sophistication with small town values, PriorityOne Bank is a safe haven in an increasingly impersonal banking world. We’re the one you need. We’re the one you know.

PriorityOne Bank—Our One Priority Is You.
